Greetings,

It finally happened.

SHEQ Academy has become OHS Africa Academy, and all our courses are now accredited via QCTO. QCTO is the parent of SETA's and all SETA's report to QCTO in the NQF hierarchy.

Those of you who completed SHEQ Academy courses previously can now apply via OHS Africa Academy for registration on the QCTO databas and certificates stating competence in the courseware you have completed, and passed through the internal assessments. the curriculum document from SAQA can be found at the link below.

http://www.qcto.org.za/index.php/occupational-health-and-safety-practitioner

This is essentially equivalent to the the first two years of BTech and after succesful completetion, you can transfer to NDip and BTech.

This will cost you NOTHING, provided you have registered with SHEQ Academy before. You are already registered on the OHS Africa Academy LMS and all that is required is for you to do is to coplete the assessments.

Any new course registration will require the applicable fees to be paid, which is up to 50% below comparable market rates and these can be classroom based, elearning or blended courses.

This is a unique and once-off opportunity for you to get into tertiary education at no upfront costs and without the shenannigans that are happening on campuses.

You can contact Michelle Esau on michelle@ashreq.co.za or Phoebi Papi at phoebe@ashreq.co,za if you need assistance

good luck with your efforts
